These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ConfigHUB platform (“ConfigHUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using ConfigHUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform
ConfigHUB is provided for informational and planning purposes only. The platform allows users to model and compare CPU and GPU infrastructure configurations and estimate directional cost and budget considerations.
You agree to use ConfigHUB only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. No Pricing or Quoting
ConfigHUB does not provide pricing commitments, binding quotes, or offers to sell products or services. Any estimates, models, or outputs generated by the platform are directional only and should not be relied upon as final pricing or procurement guidance.
Actual pricing, availability, and contractual terms are subject to separate discussions and agreements.
3. No Warranties
ConfigHUB is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided through the platform.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConfigHUB and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained through ConfigHUB.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials available through ConfigHUB are the property of Hut 8 Canada or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Changes to the Platform or Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue ConfigHUB at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Hut 8 Canada operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
